Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a degree in Hospitality Management
• Initial leadership experience in the banquet or events sector is an advantage
• Strong host personality with a high level of quality and service awareness
• Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Flexibility and resilience, even during demanding service periods
• Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Confident appearance and outstanding communication skills
