Qualifikationen

• German and English with very good knowledge (spoken and written).
• More than 3 years of work experience in events or related field.

Aufgaben

• Plan details of events and room reservations for up to 1,500 attendees, including consultations and up- and cross-selling.
• Maintain customer relations and support clients on site.
• Carry out site inspections.
• Handover of events to the operational departments.
• Create deposit invoices and manage final invoices and general correspondence.
• Use hotel systems Envision, Opera and Reserve.
