Hyatt Regency Zürich Airport is seeking an experienced Event Planning professional to lead planning and execution in our Convention Center. You will develop tailored concepts, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams for flawless events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel event planning, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Fluent English is required; German is highly preferred, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Event Planning within a hotel or similar setting.
• Experience managing full event lifecycles from concept to evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and stay detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Creative mindset for developing innovative event concepts.
• German language skills are highly preferred; English fluency required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and execute events in the hotel's Convention Center.
• Develop tailored event concepts, including budgets and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and provide client support throughout planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor event budgets and prepare performance reports.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every event.
