ABB is seeking a Service Contract Manager-like role focused on the operational excellence and strategic development of ABB's European UPS repair business. You will design end-to-end repair frameworks, including make-or-buy strategies, pricing, and process standards, to maximise service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams across Europe, collaboration with LSOs, and adherence to HSE regulations and ABB values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in service operations, repair management, or service business development.
• Highly skilled in UPS systems, repair processes, and power electronics lifecycle management.
• Passionate about operational excellence, strategic thinking, and leading cross-cultural teams across Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent vocational technical education.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead repair operations and drive operational excellence across European UPS repair services.
• Define and implement scalable repair business models, pricing frameworks, and processes aligned with European service strategy.
• Collaborate with European LSOs, service management, supply chain, product management, and customers to ensure service excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional repair center teams while ensuring HSE compliance.
