ABB Schweiz AG is seeking a Service Team Leader (f/m/d) 80-100% to head a regional service team for UPS systems in the Swiss-speaking region of Switzerland. You will drive service planning, orders, and execution, reporting to the Head of Service UPS Systems, and contribute to the service strategy and growth.

You lead a team of coordinators, technicians, and engineers, ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and processes.

Qualificações

• Technical vocational training in Electrical Engineering and a higher technical college qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, servicing, commissioning and repair of electrical installations.
• Experience with power electronics and/or UPS systems.
• Leadership experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent English, written and spoken; French/Italian an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional service team of coordinators, order handling specialists, technical support engineers and field technicians.
• Take overall responsibility for all service activities, customer orders and maintenance operations in the region.
• Provide operational support to the team (approx. 60%) in service planning including review/approval of weekly reports and expense claims.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
