Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong multi-country European expertise in compensation, benefits and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating global frameworks into regional European solutions.
• Familiarity with pay transparency, pay equity and employee representation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as European Total Rewards expert to HR and business leaders.
• Translate global frameworks into competitive European solutions.
• Lead regional compensation activities: benchmarking, reviews, promotions, incentives, equity.
• Advise on compensation for hires, moves, retention, and senior appointments.
• Assess and develop country benefit programs with global teams and external partners.
• Ensure readiness for EU pay transparency directives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Total Rewards analytics, guidance and communications for leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with European and global leaders on Total Rewards strategy.
