Sobi is seeking a Regional Medical Excellence Associate Director/Director to lead Europe region medical strategies remotely. The role requires collaboration with country teams, development of scientific programs, and oversight of KPIs. Travel up to 30% across Europe is expected.

The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, medical leadership, and cross-functional partnerships to advance rare disease therapies, with potential for growth within a global biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• MD/biomedical degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma with 4+ years in relevant function (Medical Affairs).
• Experience in Rare Diseases or nephrology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop Europe Region Medical strategies and tactics.
• Provide insights and maintain the KOL engagement plan with high-value programs.
• Collaborate with country teams to standardize medical activities and launches.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and launch reports to provide actionable insights.
• Support Regional Medical Director with people development and training programs.
• Contribute to regional tactical medical planning and scientific objectives.
• Engage cross-functionally as the voice of regional stakeholders.
