Qualifikationen

University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field.
Significant experience in Therapy Development or HCP engagement.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

Shape and drive European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for higher-quality referrals.
Collaborate with country marketing and commercial field teams to identify barriers and translate insights into engagement strategies.
Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies, including education sessions, events and digital programs.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage program budgets and governance.
