Job summary

Sentec seeks an Education Programs Lead to plan and execute European digital educational programs across product lines, coordinating external clinical experts (KOLs) and ensuring high scientific quality of content with marketing and internal clinical teams.

You will develop content strategy and localization, adapt global materials to local needs, and collaborate with clinical teams to create impactful, clinically credible content across formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in medical/clinical education, healthcare marketing, or similar.
• Proven track record in managing educational programs (in-person, hybrid, digital).
• Ability to translate clinical insights into engaging and relevant content.
• Structured, hands‑on, and execution‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the European digital educational programs across product lines.
• Engage and coordinate external clinical experts (KOLs) as speakers.
• Ensure high scientific quality, consistency, and relevance of all educational content with the support of marketing and internal clinical teams.
• Coordinate and support educational seminars and peer-to-peer events (in-person, hybrid, digital).
