Zusammenfassung

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to shape European strategy for referrer engagement and drive CATALYST program evolution. You will partner with country teams to identify referral barriers, develop HCP education programs, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed European organization.

The role requires a Life Sciences/Medicine degree, fluent English, and strong capabilities in analytics and digital engagement, with additional European language

Qualifikationen

University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Experience in Therapy Development or HCP engagement.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with country marketing and commercial teams to identify referral barriers.
Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
Manage cross-functional projects and budgets across markets.
Act as a strategic partner to Therapy Development leadership.
