Job summary

MediRapp is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the commercial expansion of EchoRapp across Europe. You will build and manage the pipeline, open strategic accounts and personally close deals, while shaping the future European sales organization.

In this hands-on leadership role you will sell to cardiology practices, echo labs and hospital networks, manage the full cycle from first contact to contracting, and collaborate with product, clinical and technical teams to drive deployments and pilots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in cardiology, cardiac imaging, echocardiography, cardiovascular diagnostics or closely related regulated medical software.
• An existing network of cardiologists, echo lab leaders, cardiovascular service-line leaders and hospital or practice decision-makers in Europe.
• Working knowledge of echocardiography, including acquisition, measurements, reporting, ultrasound vendors and PACS/CVIS/EHR systems.
• A track record of closing complex healthcare sales and navigating hospital procurement, clinical stakeholders, IT and contracting.
• A hands‑on early‑stage profile with the appetite to prospect, travel, run meetings and close deals personally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European commercial launch and expansion, with direct responsibility for pipeline, revenue and account conversion.
• Sell to cardiology practices, hospital echo labs, academic centres and practice groups, managing the full cycle from first contact and demonstration through procurement, contracting and close.
• Develop strategic sales channels with ultrasound manufacturers, PACS/VNA providers, integrator platforms and other cardiology technology partners.
• Build a repeatable sales process covering account segmentation, qualification, CRM, forecasting, pricing and conversion metrics, and later recruit and lead the sales team.
• Represent EchoRapp at cardiology and echocardiography meetings and work with the clinical and technical teams on demonstrations, pilots and deployment handover.
