Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Senior Product Portfolio Marketing Manager to drive the commercialization of the Multiport portfolio across Europe (da Vinci X, Xi, and da Vinci 5). You will shape portfolio, marketing and sales strategies to boost adoption and growth across customer segments.

Collaborating with European and Global Marketing, Customer Training, Commercial Learning, Sales and Operations, you'll enable portfolio utilization and lifecycle management while preparing for future platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in sales or marketing within medical devices or healthcare tech.
• Experience in capital medical devices, robotics or digital health commercialization preferred.
• Ability to translate market insights into portfolio strategy and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio positioning and differentiation strategies across the Multiport portfolio.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and upgrades.
• Evolve the value proposition with clinical, operational, and economic outcomes.
• Lead European commercialization and customer messaging with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with surgeons and clinical teams to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Global/EU Marketing Operations on lifecycle planning.
• Develop analytical tools to monitor performance and opportunities.
• Create reference centers demonstrating value across segments.
