Job summary

Roche is seeking an Expert Imaging Lead for Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism (CVRM) within the DEPCS framework. You will shape imaging strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and embed AI-enabled analytics to drive regulatory-ready imaging solutions across the CVRM pipeline.

You will collaborate with TA and Franchise leadership, building long-term roadmaps to improve trial design, data quality, and asset differentiation, while ensuring alignment with molecule goals and enterprise

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent in Radiology, Imaging Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of imaging science experience with impact across clinical trials or drug development.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional imaging initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive scientific strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional imaging initiatives across the CVRM portfolio.
• Embed AI/ML analytics and imaging endpoints where appropriate.
• Develop multi-year imaging roadmaps to elevate endpoint precision.
• Represent DEPCS imaging strategy in governance and enterprise priorities.
