Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager, Europe (f/m/d) to tailor global purification technologies strategies for European markets. The role is remote across Europe, reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager.

You will partner with regional product marketing, commercial, and digital teams to localize messaging, content, and campaigns while addressing regulatory and language needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to the U.S. as required.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement the annual marketing communications strategies for Europe into an activation plan with clear lead generation targets.
• Localize and extend global marketing content strategy for European audiences; source regional proof points and customer stories; test material efficacy; report results.
• Serve as regional marketing communications expert; advise campaigns with data-driven recommendations; identify best channels and mediums for European buyers.
