Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Brand Manager for Fabric Softener in the Therwil area. This role focuses on driving product launches and brand campaigns across EMEA with global project involvement. The position offers a hybrid work model and international exposure within a leading consumer goods company.

You will partner with R&D, Regulatory, Legal and Supply Chain, coordinating with external agencies and market researchers to deliver strong marketing plans and commercial impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related area is required; master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience; innovation exposure preferred.
• English fluency is mandated; other European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement and track New Product Launches and Re-launches and develop advertising campaigns.
• Support development and execution of strong brand strategies/plans for Fabric Softener segments.
• Lead and coordinate bundle development with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain and Packaging teams.
• Interact with outside agencies and market research consultants as needed for projects.
• Frequent interaction with marketing teams across hubs, divisions, and Global Marketing.
