You will advance Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, support ExactTarget, and drive AI-enabled marketing, journey orchestration, and customer data activation. You will collaborate with the global team to deliver scalable, localized solutions across multiple European markets, ensuring governance and best practices while balancing automation with human

Qualificações

• 7+ years in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing architecture with strong MC Engagement expertise.
• Hands-on experience with journeys, segmentation, personalization, SQL, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• GDPR knowledge and European privacy compliance for multi-country programs.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the European marketing automation technology roadmap with regional teams.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions using MC Engagement and related tech.
• Support and enhance the ExactTarget platform while reducing technical debt and improving efficiency.
• Evaluate and pilot Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, AI capabilities, and data activation initiatives.
• Develop scalable localization for multi-country campaigns including language, currency, and reporting standards.
• Establish governance, standards, templates, and best practices for quality and global scalability.
• Drive AI-assisted improvements balancing automation with human oversight.
