Aston Carter seeks an experienced Implementation Squad Lead to drive a major customer engagement transformation across European affiliates. You will be at the intersection of business, technology and change management, leading a cross-functional squad to deploy a next‑generation platform while ensuring strong user adoption and business continuity.

In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders, manage readiness, risks and dependencies, and coach a matrix team of 10–20 resources.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading technology implementation or deployment projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
• Fluent English with business-level French and/or Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Lead the successful implementation and go-live of a large-scale customer engagement platform within assigned countries/business units.
• Coordinate and drive all local implementation activities from planning through hypercare.
• Manage readiness, risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Partner with senior business leaders and programme sponsors as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across local and global teams.
• Support training, communication and change management initiatives to maximise adoption.
• Lead a matrix team of approximately 10–20 project resources.
• Act as the key bridge between local markets and the central programme organisation.
• Ensure business continuity throughout deployment and transition activities.
• Drive programme governance, milestone achievement and value realisation.
