We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Change Manager to drive the deployment and coordination of transition and transformation initiatives across our client's European operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of new processes, tools, and work units—first in our client's Swiss Hub and subsequently across other European sites—while maintaining technical excellence, compliance, and operational continuity.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact, large-scale transformation project with visibility at the senior leadership level. You will collaborate with world-class consulting firms and play a key role in shaping the future of our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition roadmap, focusing on the onboarding of external partners such as consulting firms, from contract finalization to execution.
• Track and report on key objectives, including work unit deployment, offshoring, and productivity improvements.
• Identify and escape risks related to volume volatility, process clarity, scope changes, and delivery constraints.
• Maintain control over protocols, work unit models, and contract frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
• Drive change management initiatives, supporting multifunctional teams in adopting new tools, techniques, and ways of working.
• Communicate and influence effectively across all levels, from shop floor teams to senior management, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Experience and Background

• Proven experience leading complex transformation or operational excellence projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with how consulting firms operate, including project delivery, stakeholder management, and change implementation.
• Strong technical background with a degree in industrial engineering, chemical sciences, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing operations is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to apply project and program management methodologies, with a track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
