Roche Pharma is rolling out the Next Generation Customer Engagement (CE) program named ELEVATE. The Implementation Squad Lead will partner with affiliates to ensure go-live readiness, drive adoption of standardized workflows, and manage risks.

You will coordinate local teams, align with global standards, and support training and communications to enable a successful transition. This role requires a university degree, 5–7 years of deployment management experience, and strong stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on project or deployment management experience.
• 3+ years of matrix leadership of distributed teams.
• Experience with CRM deployments, especially Veeva.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• English plus business level French and/or Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the local implementation squad across affiliate milestones from pre-launch to go-live.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues; ensure business continuity during cutover.
• Partner with affiliate leaders to ensure adoption and governance of the ELEVATE change plan.
• Collaborate with ECL resources and Change Agents to deliver training and communications.
