Aston Carter seeks an experienced Implementation Squad Lead to drive a major customer engagement transformation across European affiliates. You will be at the intersection of business, technology and change management, leading a cross-functional squad to deploy a next‑generation platform while ensuring strong user adoption and business continuity.

In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders, manage readiness, risks and dependencies, and coach a matrix team of 10–20 resources.

Qualifikationen

• Drive programme governance, milestone achievement and value realisation.

This is a highly visible position sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and change management. You will lead a cross-functional implementation squad, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver the successful deployment of a next-generation customer engagement platform while ensuring strong user adoption and business continuity throughout the transformation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementation or deployment projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives
• Ability to travel regularly across Europe
• Fluent English plus business-level French and/or Spanish

Highly Desirable

• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
• Experience with Veeva CRM deployments
• Marketing automation, analytics, customer engagement or master data transformation experienceMulti-country transformation or rollout experience
