Qualifikationen

• Completed degree at tertiary level in BIS/Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of IT project leadership in CRM/Customer Experience.
• Proven experience managing clients and demanding stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for executive level.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with ownership.
• Experience in Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Fluency in Swiss German and English; willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland.

• Lead Customer Experience and CRM projects from analysis to implementation.
• Own quality, timelines and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
