ALTEN is seeking a Senior Process Change Manager to drive deployment and coordination of transition initiatives across its European operations, starting with the Swiss Hub and expanding to other sites. The role emphasizes seamless integration of new processes, tools, and work units while maintaining compliance and operational continuity.

You will lead large-scale transformation projects with senior leadership visibility, collaborating with top consulting firms to shape the client’s future

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading complex transformation or operational excellence projects in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with consulting firm operations, project delivery, and change implementation.
• Strong technical background with a related degree; experience in manufacturing operations is essential.
• Ability to apply project and program management methodologies in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate transition roadmap, onboarding external partners from contract finalization to execution.
• Track and report on work unit deployment, offshoring, and productivity improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to volume volatility, process clarity, scope changes, and delivery constraints.
• Maintain control over protocols, work unit models, and contract frameworks to ensure regulatory and operational standards.
• Drive change management initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams in adopting new tools and ways of working.
• Communicate and influence effectively across all levels, from shop floor to senior management.
