Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, reference management or content marketing.
• Experience building customer-facing programs for B2B software is valuable.
• Ability to navigate enterprise procurement and approvals.
• Fluent English and German is preferred due to a DACH-focused audience.

Aufgaben

• Build the reference engine: identify worthy customers and enable sales with the right voice.
• Turn results into compelling stories, securing approvals and producing assets.
• Own case studies and references end-to-end, including interviews and approvals.
• Win on review sites (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) by reflecting reality.
• Source and coach champions for webinars, events, and press appearances.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to coordinate advocacy requests and metrics.
