Job summary

Viatris is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees at our Swiss sites in Allschwil and Steinhausen. You will drive people-related initiatives, HR administration, employee relations and compliance while helping the business build an engaged, high-performing team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HRBP experience in an international setting, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or psychology
• 5+ years as HR Business Partner in international org
• Experience with Swiss labor law and social security
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP)

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on organizational and employee matters
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and change initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers and offboarding
• Manage employee data and HR administration
• Guide on Swiss social security, pension, and benefits
• Ensure confidentiality and support investigations
• Support annual compensation reviews and promotions
• Collaborate with payroll and HR services to ensure compliance
