Skechers S.a.r.l. seeks a hands-on Marketing Automation Technology Leader to shape the CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and campaign automation strategy across Europe.

Based in Europe, you will evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, while supporting ExactTarget and adopting next-generation tech like AI-enabled marketing and customer data activation. You will bridge global teams, ensure scalable and localized solutions, and balance automation with human oversight to drive engagement

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in marketing automation or digital marketing architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• GDPR and European privacy regulations knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Define the European marketing automation technology roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions using SFMC, journeys, segmentation, personalization, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Pilot Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, AI-enabled marketing, and data activation initiatives.
• Develop scalable localization frameworks for multi-country campaigns.
