Leadership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget and next-gen technologies will drive localization, governance and scalable customer engagement across multiple markets. You will partner with the global team to align with the digital platform strategy, bridging day‑to‑day operations with architecture and data

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in marketing automation or CRM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with journeys, segmentation, personalization, SQL, APIs, data models.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Loyalty, Data Cloud or similar.
• Experience with multi-country programs and GDPR/compliance.

• Define and execute European marketing automation technology roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support and enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement platform.
• Evaluate and implement Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced and AI capabilities.
• Develop localization frameworks for multi-country campaigns.
• Establish governance, standards, templates and best practices for scalability.
• Drive AI-assisted improvements balancing automation with human oversight.
