Vans is seeking a Marketing Automation Intern for the EMEA Digital Activation Team at our VF EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland. The 12‑month, full‑time internship starts February 1, 2027, with a gross monthly salary of 1’850 CHF.

You will learn by doing, transitioning from mass mailings to 1:1 Journeys, and supporting 1:1 communications across VF brands. Jump in with SQL, AmpScript, CSS/HTML, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive engagement while growing professionally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or current student.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification a plus.
• Any additional digital marketing certifications or training a plus.
• English fluency with strong writing and speaking skills; German/French/Italian a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML and SQL; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
• Experience with Jira is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support and optimize customer journeys in Journey Builder under supervision.
• Assist with Automation Studio, writing SQL queries and data filters.
• Support email personalization using AmpScript and data patterns.
• Help manage Data Extensions in Contact Builder and align with Data Model.
• Prepare standard and custom reports to track KPIs and performance.
