You’ll produce clear reporting on efficiency and impact, stay current with AI tooling, and collaborate with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Have 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation engineering, or a closely related role with a track record of building workflows that measurably improved team efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of marketing processes and tools, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, campaign ops, analytics, and content workflows.
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) and comfortable extending them with scripting (Python and/or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Assistants) or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly.
• Strong data handling and ability to build performance dashboards and reporting.

• Map and prioritize automation opportunities with marketing teams to understand day-to-day processes and identify where AI agents can add leverage.
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows that streamline marketing operations from content production to reporting and personalization at scale.
• Deploy and maintain automations across their full lifecycle, ensuring reliability as usage grows.
• Produce efficiency and impact reporting with dashboards and summaries for marketing leadership.
• Stay current on AI tooling and evaluate new models and platforms for adoption.
• Partner with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations to integrate automations with existing tools and drive adoption.
• Ensure data quality and governance across deployed workflows with attention to privacy and auditability.
• Document deployments and run enablement sessions to help the marketing team utilize automations effectively.
