Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platforms (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud) and architecture principles.
• Experience in Salesforce architecture, secure development, release management, Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment.
• Strong experience in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data architecture/security.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning, flows, data models).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership in global, cross-functional setups.
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate standard and custom options.
• Salesforce certifications and Agile/project delivery experience are a plus.

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team.

How you make impact

Own and design the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds, ensuring scalability, performance and security. Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, functional specifications and architecture blueprints. Act as trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, driving alignment between commercial objectives and technology solutions. Lead full lifecycle delivery including solution design, development oversight, testing, releases and continuous improvements. Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, APIs, middleware). Provide technical leadership, define standards and guide development teams to ensure quality and best practices. Manage incidents, enhancements and vendor delivery while enabling users through training, documentation and support.

Location

This is a Baar-based hybrid role, with three in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Marketing Cloud) and architecture principles (Einstein solutions).
• Experience in Salesforce architecture, secure development, release management, Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment automation.
• Strong experience (at least 4 yrs) in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data architecture/security.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning, flows, data models).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills in global, cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate standard and custom‑design options to customers and stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application/System/Technical Architect) and Agile/project delivery experience are a plus.
