Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions' client is transforming its HR model and creating a Regional HR Operations Lead role to drive end-to-end employee experience across Europe. The role focuses on process standardization, data governance, and systems harmonization to support rapid growth and potential acquisitions.

You will own regional HR data, reports, KPIs, and system optimisations, lead a major SuccessFactors rollout, and partner with three HR Directors to scale operations while maintaining rigorous

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in operations, rewards, talent, learning, and systems.
• Experience in matrixed, multinational organisations.
• Strong track record in HR operations, data and process management.
• Prior involvement in HR transformation and system implementation (SuccessFactors preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own regional HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
• Design, optimise, document and harmonise HR processes across European countries.
• Own operational execution and continual improvement of HR workflows.
• Ensure scalability of HR processes to support rapid workforce growth (10x).
• Own regional HR data governance and dashboards for leadership and reporting.
• Lead the SuccessFactors implementation and regional process ownership in the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR Directors to ensure consistency of employee experience across countries.
• Prepare HR infrastructure to support future M&A and geographic expansion.
• Design and manage the region L&D calendar and performance cycle.
