Job summary

UEFA EURO 2028 ceremonies are led by a dedicated Ceremonies Manager based in Nyon, covering Cardiff, Manchester and London. The role requires travel for venue visits, agency meetings, and on-site operations, with hybrid work options and relocation to Switzerland or France as needed.

The position emphasizes end-to-end ceremony delivery, master planning, and integration with venue operations, with a focus on budget, contracts, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in project management in live events.
• 7+ years' experience in event management.
• Bachelor's degree in project management or event management.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Proficient in budget management.
• Experience managing significant contracts with agencies and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects within scope, budget and non-negotiable deadlines.
• Enjoy leading a team.

Responsibilities
