UEFA seeks a Euro 2028 Central Services Team Leader based in Nyon, Switzerland, with hybrid work (WFH up to one day per week). The role focuses on assessing, planning, and coordinating staff support services for UEFA EURO 2028, including accommodation, travel, and change management for late requests and amendments.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in project planning, project management or staff logistics for large-scale events
• 4–6 years of experience on-site at an international sports event, using event databases and/or change management tools
• Master's degree in sports or event management
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Aufgaben

• Manage accommodation requirements and changes to travel bookings
• Supervise requests from other services
• Manage training requirements and related services
• Populate, maintain and update the staffing plan for EURO 2028
• Provide training and support on the staffing plan database to project leaders and external suppliers
• Handle the change management tool, communication lines and the operations hotline
• Coordinate, set up and execute training sessions for the event hotline team
• Assist with the management of the EURO team
• Lead the organization of the UEFA EURO 2028 final draw
• Support colleagues on other events if required
