UEFA in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead the accommodation strategy and delivery for UEFA National Team Competitions and related events. You will oversee hotel sourcing, contracting, and on-site management during tournaments, while guiding a dedicated team and coordinating with partners and stakeholders.

Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected; strong project management, people leadership, and the ability to travel within Europe are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of experience in accommodation, hospitality, event management or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and accommodation operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience negotiating and managing hotel contracts, supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Previous people management experience including team leadership, coaching and development.
• English: Proficient

Aufgaben

• Define and deliver accommodation strategies, project plans, budgets and timelines for UEFA National Team Competitions and related events.
• Lead accommodation projects from concept to delivery, managing risks, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, accommodation agencies, hotels and other service providers.
• Lead hotel sourcing, procurement procedures and contracting processes across the NTC portfolio.
• Ensure accommodation solutions meet stakeholder needs and are contractually compliant.
• Oversee performance of accommodation agencies, hotels and suppliers to ensure service levels and operational requirements.
• Oversee accommodation planning, readiness and delivery standards across the NTC portfolio.
• Support accommodation project leads and monitor delivery against objectives and service standards.
• Manage accommodation programmes for teams, officials, VIP guests, partners and staff for designated events.
• Lead accommodation operations during tournaments and related events.
• Manage on-site accommodation teams and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor service delivery and financial reconciliation.
• Lead, coach and develop the NTC accommodation team; recruit, onboard and develop event-time staff.
