Zusammenfassung

UEFA in Nyon is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead the accommodation strategy, planning and delivery for National Team Competitions and related events, including EURO 2028.

You will oversee hotel contracting, procurement, operational delivery and event-time execution, manage a dedicated team and build strong partnerships with hotels, agencies and suppliers across UEFA's NT portfolio. Relocation to Switzerland is expected; some travel required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years in accommodation, hospitality or event management, preferably for international sporting events.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and fast-paced operations.
• Experience overseeing delivery through agencies, suppliers or hotel partners.
• English: Proficient.

• Defining and delivering accommodation strategies, project plans, budgets and timelines for UEFA National Team Competitions and related events.
• Leading hotel sourcing, procurement procedures and contracting processes across the NTC portfolio.
• Overseeing accommodation planning, operational readiness and delivery standards across the NTC portfolio.
• Leading accommodation operations during tournaments and related events.
