Job summary

Skyguide is seeking a Head of Change Management in Wangen b. Dübendorf to lead the Change Management function and drive strategic transformation across the organisation.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of about 35 Project and Change Managers, ensuring adoption and delivering sustainable outcomes aligned with Skyguide's vision. Required: 8–10 years in portfolio, programme and/or change management with leadership, plus experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in portfolio, programme and change management.
• Experience leading teams in matrix organisations.
• Solid command of project, programme and change management methodologies.
• Experience in aviation or other regulated/safety-critical environments is a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinking, alignment of priorities with execution, value creation.
• Fluent in English with strong command of French (or vice versa).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Skyguide's Change Management function and a multidisciplinary team of ~35 Project/Change Managers.
• Ensure delivery of strategic, operational and technical transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage enterprise-wide change delivery capacity, resource allocation and portfolio prioritisation.
• Continuously improve change management methodologies, standards and governance.
• Partner with Business Units and Sponsors to drive change delivery and adoption.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations and foster continuous improvement.
