Job summary

Skyguide is seeking a Head of Change Management (80-100%) to lead the Change Management function and drive strategic transformation across the organisation. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure effective change delivery and sustainable business outcomes aligned with Skyguide's vision and mission.

Qualifications

8-10 years in portfolio, programme and/or change management with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading teams and complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organisations.
Solid command of project, programme and change management methodologies in complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Skyguide's Change Management function and a multidisciplinary team of approximately 35 Project Managers and Change Managers.
Ensure the successful delivery of strategic, operational and technical transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Manage enterprise-wide change delivery capacity, resource allocation and portfolio prioritisation.
Continuously improve project and change management methodologies, standards and governance.
Partner with Business Units, Sponsors and key stakeholders to drive effective change delivery and business adoption.
Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
