Job summary

Skyguide in Switzerland seeks a Head of Change Management (80-100%) to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive strategic transformation across the organisation. You will ensure adoption, governance and value delivery, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Ideal candidates bring 8-10 years in portfolio, programme and change management, with strong leadership and experience in regulated environments. Fluent English and German or French are required.

Qualifications

8-10 years in portfolio, programme and/or change management with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organisations.
Fluent in English with strong command of German or French.

Responsibilities

Lead Skyguide's Change Management function and a multidisciplinary team of 35+ PMs and Change Managers.
Ensure delivery of strategic, operational and technical transformation initiatives.
Manage enterprise-wide change delivery capacity, resource allocation and portfolio prioritisation.
Improve methodologies, standards and governance for change management.
Partner with business units and sponsors to drive adoption and value.
