Zusammenfassung

Skyguide is seeking a Head of Change Management (80–100%) to lead a dynamic Change Management function in Switzerland, guiding transformation initiatives across the organisation. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and requires oversight of a multidisciplinary team of around 35 managers, with a focus on adoption and sustainable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in portfolio, programme and/or change management within matrix organisations, plus experience in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in portfolio, programme and/or change management, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience leading teams and complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organisations.
• Solid command of project, programme and change management methodologies in complex operational environments.
• Experience in aviation or another highly regulated and safety-critical environment is a strong advantage.
• Holistic thinking: connect strategic priorities with operational execution and value creation.
• Transformation: drive change by building commitment and enabling sustainable adoption across stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with a strong command of either French or both languages.

• Ensure the successful delivery of strategic, operational and technical transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage enterprise-wide change delivery capacity, resource allocation and portfolio prioritisation.
• Continuously improve project and change management methodologies, standards and governance.
• Partner with Business Units, Sponsors and key stakeholders to drive effective change delivery and business adoption.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you lead Skyguide's Change Management function and ensure the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. Through the leadership of Project Managers and Change Managers, you ensure effective change delivery, stakeholder adoption and sustainable business outcomes in support of Skyguide's vision and strategy.

What we are looking for:

• Solid command of project, programme and change management methodologies in complex operational environments
• Experience in aviation or another highly regulated and safety-critical environment is a strong advantage
