Job summary

Skyguide, based in Switzerland, seeks a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to shape the digital workplace and own the lifecycle from architecture to operations. You will design secure, intuitive services and automate deployments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, fluency in English and German is required; French is an advantage. The position supports 80-100% FTE in the Wangen area near Dübendorf, with a strong focus on innovation and customer value.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven workplace engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve modern workplace services with security and compliance.
• Drive lifecycle management for Windows 11 and device management.
• Automate OS, software and configuration deployments.
• Manage workplace OS and application portfolios throughout their lifecycles.
• Maintain standards, procedures and documentation for efficient operations.
• Lead workplace initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders and providers.
• Provide expert 3rd level support.
