• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles and enterprise engagement.
• Familiarity with Claude APIs and LLM deployment architectures.

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during Claude adoption from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into customers’ tech stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments.
