DeepJudge, the Swiss AI and law-tech scale-up, is hiring its first dedicated pre-sales specialist to own the technical side of the sales cycle end-to-end. You will work with prospects, CTOs, and Solutions Architects to articulate how DeepJudge fits into their firm, handling security, data management, and deployment considerations across on-prem and cloud options.

• 4+ years in a client-facing, technical, or analytical role.
• Ability to understand a complex product deeply and explain it clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong ownership and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience ramping fast on technical topics in a startup environment.
• Bonus points for sales engineering or pre-sales experience in legal/enterprise AI contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and Q&A on product, deployment, security, and integrations for late-stage and large prospects.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to Sales and manage handoff to deployments.
• Own and improve sales-facing documentation and collateral, including security overviews and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to address technical questions and feed customer insights into roadmap.
• Build a repeatable, scalable pre-sales process as the team grows.
