Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Cloud or AI/ML solution design including Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, and experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods (RCG), or Commerce industry vertical.

• Create and lead solution designs addressing customer business outcomes across migrations, modernization, AI/ML, and cloud-native architectures.
• Operate as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic and optimized.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process and customer cloud journey, architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Engage French-speaking customers and stakeholders, delivering technical guidance and presentations in French.
