LatticeFlow AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our platform with complex enterprise AI environments. You will own the full journey from technical pre-sales to hands-on deployment and long-term success.

You will tailor solutions for SaaS and on-premise deployments, build integrations, and translate governance needs into practical technical outcomes. Join ETH Zurich alumni and a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• Solid technical background in ML, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience executing Proof‑of‑Value engagements to convert prospects into customers.
• Experience deploying or integrating enterprise software in SaaS and on‑prem environments.
• Natural sales flair with ability to earn trust and advance deals.
• Strong communication skills for engineers and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, or compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Builder's mindset with independent problem-solving under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements: demos, scoping PoCs and PoVs, supporting sales to close deals.
• Own post-sale implementation end-to-end, deploying the platform across SaaS and on-prem environments.
• Tailor platform components to customer AI stacks and risk requirements.
• Build custom integrations, scripts, and workflows to deliver real value quickly.
• Translate AI governance/compliance requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Be the voice of the customer, feeding product insights to engineering and research teams.
• Maintain strong technical relationships with stakeholders across GRC, AI, and engineering.
