Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Technology - Logistics to lead the regional Deliver technology roadmap, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable logistics tech aligned with business priorities.

The role collaborates with regional and global teams to translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of investments and improvements. The ideal candidate will own lifecycle governance, drive value realization, manage 3PL tech governance, and lead transformation programs

Qualifications

Senior technology leader with Supply Chain/Logistics focus.
Experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the multi-year Deliver technology roadmap for EMEA.
Oversee ERP, warehouse automation, data, integration and digital capabilities.
Partner with regional/global teams to ensure alignment to strategy and governance.
Drive transformation projects while ensuring continuity of operations and value realization.
