Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning to own global planning standards and adoption across the Integrated Supply Chain. You will shape planning governance, drive capability development, and partner with functions to deliver enterprise-wide performance improvements.

In this senior role you will lead cross-functional collaboration, advance planning capabilities, and guide training programs while aligning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning or IBP in global settings.
• Experience leading process improvements and global capability-building.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
• Excellent communication and leadership across diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance.
• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards and governance.
• Monitor process health, maturity, and performance.
• Lead process transformation initiatives amid business and technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process docs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams.
