Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning, to own global planning standards and adoption strategies. You will lead governance, capability-building, and collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and business functions to drive planning excellence and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
• Experience in complex global organizations.
• Ability to influence partners and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance.
• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards across regions and planning organizations.
• Establish and monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics.
• Lead process transformation initiatives resulting from business, organizational, and technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
• Advance planning capabilities and adoption across the organization.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to enhance planning processes.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, Analytics, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
• Guide development and deployment of global training and capability-building programs.
• Benchmark industry-leading practices and drive adoption of innovative planning approaches.
• Build partnerships and influence cross-functional leaders to adopt global standards.
