Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive finance experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Advanced degree in science and/or business preferred.
• Experience partnering with Commercial and/or Medical teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong partnering and communication skills; translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel with ability to conduct complex analyses.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Understanding of the drug development process from early research through product launch.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for the EMEA scope across revenue and OPEX planning.
• Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain patient and revenue models with key underlying assumptions.
• Partner with EMEA Accounting on month-end/quarter-end close activities and external reporting.
• Deliver timely budget-to-actual analyses and management reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes for efficiency and flexibility.
• Develop and deliver training to drive adoption of FP&A tools and ways of working.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives including business development analyses and financing strategies.
