Zusammenfassung

EY, a globally connected firm, is seeking an Associate Director within Global Service Line FP&A to advise Service Line CFOs and senior leaders across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax. You will translate financial data into clear leadership narratives and practical recommendations to inform planning and decision making.

You will partner with Finance, Reporting and Data Analytics to improve reporting quality, automate routine outputs and promote AI-enabled insights.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline (preferred professional qualification).
• 10+ years of FP&A, business analysis, or finance partnering experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver insights and recommendations to inform decisions.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted finance adviser to Service Line leaders, linking results to business drivers.
• Provide analysis, modelling and recommendations for planning and performance management.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insights.
• Translate strategy and operational assumptions into robust financial plans and targets.
• Prepare executive updates and leadership presentations with clear narratives.
