Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Regional Finance team based in Stabio, Switzerland. You will partner with the Central Retail organization, supporting the EMEA Retail VP with financial insights, performance analysis, and scenario modelling to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or a similar financial planning and analysis role.
• Strong experience leading forecasting, planning, and long-range planning processes.
• Advanced understanding of retail economics, including store productivity, occupancy management, labour planning, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Long-Range Planning process, developing revenue and profitability scenarios.
• Lead the financial management of multi-brand stores and channels, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Own Central Retail SG&A planning, forecasting, and reporting, including employee expenses and related allocations.
• Drive cost management initiatives across the retail organization, focusing on labor, occupancy, depreciation, rent, and operating expenses.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance management reviews with Retail leadership, analysing KPIs and profitability drivers.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for EMEA Retail VP, delivering insights and scenario analyses.
