The North Face EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland is seeking a strategic Manager E-Commerce Content to lead the content experience across our digital marketplace. You will unite creativity, data and commercial thinking to drive engaging shopper journeys and revenue growth.

You’ll lead a talented team, partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams, and shape the content roadmap, governance and production workflows to deliver on-brand experiences across multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Content, Digital Merchandising, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience working within a global or multi-market eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, digital merchandising, customer journeys and eCommerce best practices.
• Experience with CMS platforms, content governance and digital content production workflows.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content performance optimization.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand, consumer and business objectives.
• Experience leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform content decisions and measure impact.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, CRM, Product, UX and external agency partners.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own the EMEA eCommerce Content Strategy and Roadmap.
• Lead the planning, creation and publication of product, campaign and editorial content across all eCommerce touchpoints.
• Translate commercial, merchandising and marketing priorities into actionable content plans.
• Manage content calendars, workflows, production schedules and governance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business priorities.
• Leverage consumer insights, SEO best practices, site performance data and digital merchandising principles to improve content effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue contribution.
• Oversee content briefing, asset creation, localization and publication processes.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, Paid Media and external agencies for efficient delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of content professionals.
• Provide coaching, prioritization and workload management.
• Identify opportunities to improve the online consumer experience through new content capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Champion testing, experimentation and process optimization across the content ecosystem.
